Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing system with many benefits for health and well-being. Discover its essential elements in this experiential workshop.
We’ll explore foundational concepts such as chen (rooted presence), yi (focused intention), wu wei (effortless action), the “principle of thirds,” basic energetics, and alignment - all through guided explorations that help these ideas come alive in your body. These principles extend beyond Qigong, offering tools for clarity, ease, and grounded presence in daily life.
The workshop will conclude with an integrated Qigong practice, giving you the chance to experience how these principles come together in a flowing, meditative sequence.
Whether you’re new to Qigong or looking to deepen your understanding, this workshop offers an embodied introduction that emphasizes awareness, ease, and mindful movement.
