I teach weekly public classes in Amsterdam, including Qigong, Alexander Technique–informed movement, and Restorative Yoga.

All public classes take place at Balanzs in Amsterdam, on the Prinseneiland. Classes are open to all experience levels.

Current Weekly Schedule:

Restorative Yoga

  • Tuesdays, 17:00 - 18:00

Mindfulness-based restorative yoga: gentle movement, breathing, and supported postures to encourage ease, body awareness, and nervous system regulation.

Qigong

  • Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:45

  • Thursdays, 9:00 - 10:00

Gentle, flowing movements with breathing, body awareness, and self-massage to support ease and vitality.
