Welcome! My name is Francesca. I teach skills for living with greater physical ease, mental calm, and emotional resilience.

People see me especially for: burnout, physical tension/pain, anxiety, and stress.  I also support those seeking greater self-awareness, presence, and well-being!

I offer private lessons in The Alexander Technique, which develops mind-body connection, calm presence, and easeful movement. Learn more about this holistic method here.
